The highway will then measure a total of 26 km. At the end of 2017, the first part of the Bicycle Highway (6 km) will be constructed. In 2018, the stretch from Assen to Tynaarlo (9 km) will be completed. The section between Tynaarlo and the Punt will also be made suitable (4 km).
